
Race for the Heroes (“Carrera de los Héroes”) in Bogotá
Under the rain we ran alongside Colombian military corps, hearing them shouting hymns while splashing water with their powerful treading. We were in a race for the Colombian military heroes!

On a capricious weather day, we had sun and we had rain while we enjoyed a good track course surrounded by lush vegetation in Parque Simón Bolívar, in Colombia's vibrant capital, Bogotá.

“Ca-ca-caracas!” Running at La Guaira Beaches
To complete our first run in Venezuela, we dribbled families lazily returning to the parking lots and bus drivers shouting “Ca-ca-caracas!” to lure Caraqueños to board their buses after having enjoyed a day at La Guaira beaches.

During our stay in Canaima National Park, we ran from La Laguna to Ucaima Falls, and extended our run to reach 8 kilometres by running right next to the airport’s airstrip while planes were landing just a few meters away!

Lima42K: a perfect race in Perú to complete our 7 Continents Challenge
On a perfect day for running, 19,000 runners took the streets of Lima, painting them with the bright yellow of the official shirts. We were two of them, to finish the half marathon and complete our 7 Continents Challenge!
