Una carrera para recordar."},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Islamabad, Pakist\u00e1n. 25 de enero de 2026.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Consegu\u00ed ser la <strong>tercera mujer en la Media Marat\u00f3n de Islamabad.<\/strong> \u00a1Un d\u00eda en el que Islamabad se convirti\u00f3 en un aut\u00e9ntico festival deportivo! \ud83c\udfc3\u200d\u2640\ufe0f\ud83c\udf89 \u00a1Nos divertimos much\u00edsimo! Corriendo por las calles de esta ciudad incre\u00edblemente intensa en un d\u00eda soleado, con un ambiente genial, lleno de m\u00fasica, energ\u00eda y gente c\u00e1lida y acogedora. \u2600\ufe0f\ud83c\udfb6<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Islamabad me sorprendi\u00f3 y admito que me enamor\u00e9 de la ciudad en solo dos d\u00edas. \ud83d\udc9a\u2728 Como dijo una vez una compa\u00f1era corredora que hab\u00eda estado all\u00ed antes: <em>\u201c\u00a1Me encanta este lugar!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"636\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/the-running-ginger.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/PakistanBlog-20-636x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"The running ginger in Islamabad Marathon in pakistan in 2026. Para cuando aterrizamos a las 3 de la madrugada, todos est\u00e1bamos exhaustos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto salimos, el fr\u00edo nos golpe\u00f3 con fuerza. Los hombres estaban envueltos en mantas, vestidos con t\u00fanicas tradicionales y los famosos pakols. El pakol, tambi\u00e9n conocido como gorro Chitrali, est\u00e1 hecho de lana suave con visera enrollada, generalmente marr\u00f3n, gris o beige. Se usa en Chitral, Gilgit-Baltist\u00e1n y el norte de Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, y es com\u00fan a ambos lados de la frontera entre Pakist\u00e1n y Afganist\u00e1n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afuera del aeropuerto, las luces de ne\u00f3n lo dominaban todo \ud83c\udf08\ud83d\ude97. La autopista parec\u00eda menos una carretera y m\u00e1s un parque tem\u00e1tico: brillante, exagerada, casi irreal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sector F-7 (Markaz F-7)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestro hotel, Hill View Hotel, se tomaba la seguridad muy en serio. Hab\u00eda un guardia en la entrada con una ametralladora y un detector de metales, lo que marc\u00f3 la pauta inmediatamente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El d\u00eda era brillante y soleado, pero a\u00fan as\u00ed fr\u00edo, lo que de alguna manera empeoraba el cansancio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestras primeras impresiones de Islamabad fueron\u2026 extra\u00f1as \ud83e\udd14\ud83c\udfd9\ufe0f. No se parec\u00eda a ninguna ciudad con la que pudi\u00e9ramos compararla f\u00e1cilmente. La arquitectura era peculiar: mansiones enormes, algunas ultramodernas, otras con una est\u00e9tica ochentera, rodeadas de alambre de p\u00faas y con paneles solares en la cima. En muchas esquinas, guardias de seguridad vigilaban con ametralladoras.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al mismo tiempo, grupos de hombres pobres esperaban trabajo en las calles, reunidos frente a restaurantes de comida r\u00e1pida, pala en mano. El contraste era marcado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mezquita Faisal<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de nuestras primeras paradas importantes fue la Mezquita Faisal, una de las mezquitas m\u00e1s grandes del mundo \ud83d\udd4c\u26f0\ufe0f.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Situada frente a las colinas de Margalla, su dise\u00f1o en forma de tienda le da una sensaci\u00f3n abierta y monumental al mismo tiempo, muy diferente de las mezquitas tradicionales con c\u00fapula.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"577\" src=\"https:\/\/the-running-ginger.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/PakistanBlog-17-1024x577.jpeg\" alt=\"Tourist highlights of Islamabad in Pakistan in 2026 before the Islamabad Marathon. Fuimos cautelosos, ya que son conocidos por ser agresivos, pero estos parec\u00edan t\u00edmidos, casi nerviosos con la gente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Monumento a Pakist\u00e1n<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde all\u00ed, nos dirigimos al Monumento a Pakist\u00e1n \ud83c\uddf5\ud83c\uddf0\ud83c\udfba. Soldados vestidos de negro realizaron un desfile de cambio de bandera. Decenas de colegialas se acercaron a nosotras, y de repente me convert\u00ed en toda una celebridad. Me agarraron de la mano, me preguntaron mi nombre y me dijeron lo guapa que era. Se tomaron fotos juntos, me entregaron a su beb\u00e9 (que llevaba maquillaje debajo de los ojos) y me pidieron que me quitara la cofia porque estaban fascinados con mi pelo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Solo me tomaba fotos con mujeres, eso s\u00ed. Despu\u00e9s, se sentaron y empezaron a charlar. Su ingl\u00e9s era sorprendentemente bueno. Algunas quer\u00edan ser m\u00e9dicas, otras so\u00f1aban con ser azafatas para poder viajar a Corea.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naturalmente, la conversaci\u00f3n gir\u00f3 hacia el K-pop. Entonces lleg\u00f3 la parte m\u00e1s loca: me mostraron videollamadas con miembros de BTS: generadas por IA, perfectamente simuladas. Jungkook caminando por la calle, habl\u00e1ndote directamente \ud83e\udd16\ud83c\udfb6. Sab\u00edan que era IA y les gustaba de todas formas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Terminamos cantando \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=yebNIHKAC4A&amp;list=RDyebNIHKAC4A&amp;start_radio=1\">Dorado<\/a>\u201d&quot; juntos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Extra\u00f1o, surrealista y absolutamente fant\u00e1stico.
