Septiembre de 2024.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>En una tranquila ma\u00f1ana de septiembre disfrutamos de una carrera por los vastos espacios urbanos de la monumental Bishkek, con una gigantesca bandera kirguisa, murales sovi\u00e9ticos, una noria y las monta\u00f1as nevadas de Ala-Too al fondo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>TLDR; \u201cdemasiado largo, no lo le\u00ed\u201d<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a1Solo quiero correr! Ll\u00e9vame a <a href=\"#KyrgyztanBook\">UN LIBRO<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"KyrgyztanTrip\"><strong>\ud83c\udf0d El viaje \ud83d\udcf7<\/strong>:Qu\u00e9 ver en Bishkek y Kirguist\u00e1n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando comenc\u00e9 a investigar d\u00f3nde correr en Bishkek, la capital de Kirguist\u00e1n, me top\u00e9 con la siguiente frase en un foro de corredores:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cBishkek es aburrida, por eso no hay ning\u00fan lugar tur\u00edstico\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y \u00e9sta iba a ser nuestra primera impresi\u00f3n de la ciudad. Una ciudad tranquila de grandes avenidas, enormes edificios de estilo sovi\u00e9tico, todo gris y monumental.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero est\u00e1bamos decididos a explorar sus calles, y pronto nos dimos cuenta de que Bishkek tiene algo que la hace muy especial, y son las monta\u00f1as de fondo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Las monta\u00f1as Ala-Too<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde Bishkek, el <strong>Monta\u00f1as Ala-Too<\/strong> (parte del m\u00e1s grande <strong>Tian Shan<\/strong> Al sur se pueden ver las monta\u00f1as de los Andes. Estas monta\u00f1as son un tel\u00f3n de fondo impresionante para la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando lo visitamos, a finales de septiembre, estaba nevado y ofrec\u00eda un marcado contraste con la sobriedad de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De hecho, llegamos muy temprano por la ma\u00f1ana v\u00eda Estambul y disfrutamos de la magn\u00edfica vista desde el avi\u00f3n. \u00a1Eso fue algo fuera de lo com\u00fan!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi interminables explanadas de color marr\u00f3n, de tierra infinita, plana y sin edificios. Y de pronto aparecen unas monta\u00f1as marrones, como si un gigante hubiera arrugado la Tierra. Y detr\u00e1s, los picos nevados, mucho m\u00e1s altos, dominan la vista. A menudo se las asocia con <strong>Leyendas kirguisas<\/strong> y reciben su nombre en el folclore local, especialmente en relaci\u00f3n con el estilo de vida n\u00f3mada que ha dado forma a la historia del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que la mayor parte de lo que hay para ver en Bishkek en 1-2 d\u00edas est\u00e1 incluido en la siguiente secci\u00f3n, la secci\u00f3n mucho \ud83d\ude06<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sala filarm\u00f3nica<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Una zona muy interesante que vimos s\u00f3lo m\u00e1s tarde es la Plaza Filarm\u00f3nica, con la Sala Filarm\u00f3nica, de aspecto muy sovi\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La zona es de dos universidades por lo que hay mucha gente joven alrededor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tiene unos parterres de flores muy impresionantes\u2026 \u00a1tan coloridos!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De hecho, era un festival de color por todos lados. \u00a1Incluso pudimos ver un arco\u00edris en sus es un gran mes para visitarnos!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Afuera de Bishkek<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Si te quedas m\u00e1s d\u00edas, realmente vale la pena explorar los alrededores de Bishkek y aprender m\u00e1s sobre la cultura n\u00f3mada de Kirguist\u00e1n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De hecho, el a\u00f1o pasado aqu\u00ed se celebraron los \u201cJuegos N\u00f3madas Internacionales\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y esto es lo que hicimos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y, por supuesto, si dispones de muchos d\u00edas, explora los incre\u00edbles paisajes, las monta\u00f1as, las llanuras, la naturaleza\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Torre Burana<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde Bishkek, la Torre Burana est\u00e1 a poco m\u00e1s de una hora en coche o autob\u00fas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es la parte de la torre de la antigua ciudad de Balasagun (siglos XI al XIII) y ahora es Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-element-caption\">Torre Burana<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Cuando lo visitamos hab\u00eda muy pocos turistas y era un d\u00eda claro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vista de las monta\u00f1as Ala-Too era magn\u00edfica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se puede subir por sus estrechas y empinadas escaleras y disfrutar de la vista desde sus 25m de altura. As\u00ed que nos lo tomamos con mucha calma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por suerte el recorrido es llano y nada duro.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La temperatura a finales de septiembre era suave alrededor del mediod\u00eda, perfecta para correr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Era una tranquila ma\u00f1ana\/mediod\u00eda de mi\u00e9rcoles y correr por las calles del centro de la ciudad habr\u00eda sido un placer\u2026 si no fuera por la contaminaci\u00f3n de los numerosos coches en las anchas avenidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Calle Frunze<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Partiendo del Damas International Hotel, nos dirigimos hacia el oeste por <strong>Calle Frunze.<\/strong> Tiene aceras anchas y pr\u00e1cticamente no hay gente: unos cuantos estudiantes y unos cuantos empresarios.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta parte es interesante porque pasas por algunos parques, con flores floreciendo y estatuas de personajes famosos que lucen muy serios, y muchos edificios gubernamentales y oficiales, que parecen muy sovi\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como este mural tan sovi\u00e9tico:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"953\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/the-running-ginger.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Bishkek3-953x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Running in Bishkek in 2024\" class=\"wp-image-6149\" srcset=\"https:\/\/the-running-ginger.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Bishkek3-953x1024.jpg 953w, https:\/\/the-running-ginger.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Bishkek3-279x300.jpg 279w, https:\/\/the-running-ginger.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Bishkek3-768x825.jpg 768w, https:\/\/the-running-ginger.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Bishkek3-11x12.jpg 11w, https:\/\/the-running-ginger.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Bishkek3.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 953px) 100vw, 953px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Mural muy sovi\u00e9tico<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Vimos muchos edificios y monumentos con la hoz y el martillo! Tambi\u00e9n conocimos todo tipo de pavimentos: asfalto, cemento, baldosas peque\u00f1as, losas grandes\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parque Panfilov y Parque Oak<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego corrimos a <strong>Parque Panfilov<\/strong>, una zona pintoresca llena de \u00e1rboles y gente local relaj\u00e1ndose\u2026 y un parque de atracciones.
