{"id":5772,"date":"2024-09-11T15:04:18","date_gmt":"2024-09-11T13:04:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/the-running-ginger.blog\/?p=5772"},"modified":"2025-07-20T11:24:25","modified_gmt":"2025-07-20T09:24:25","slug":"vilnius-marathon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/the-running-ginger.blog\/es\/vilnius-marathon\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cNuestra carrera\u201d en el Marat\u00f3n de Vilna"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Carrera de 10 km en Vilna durante el Marat\u00f3n y el Medio Marat\u00f3n, Lituania. 8 de septiembre de 2024.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Corrimos la carrera de 10 km \u201cMano B\u0117gimas\u201d, parte del Marat\u00f3n de Vilna 2025, un festival anual de carreras en la capital de Lituania que incluye una marat\u00f3n completa, una media marat\u00f3n, una carrera de 10 km, una de 5 km y carreras para ni\u00f1os. \ud83c\udfc3\u200d\u2640\ufe0f\ud83c\udf1e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El recorrido por el hermoso casco antiguo de Vilnius fue el tramo final de nuestro Baltic Running Challenge, \u00a1y el clima soleado lo convirti\u00f3 en un cap\u00edtulo de cierre perfecto!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 Si planeas correr la Marat\u00f3n de Vilna de 10 km o cualquier carrera del B\u00e1ltico, este resumen te explica qu\u00e9 esperar: desde la altitud y el ritmo hasta el clima, consejos para el d\u00eda de la carrera y c\u00f3mo combinar turismo con el viaje. \u00a1Un evento fant\u00e1stico tanto para principiantes como para turistas internacionales! \u2708\ufe0f\ud83d\udc5f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\uddea\ud83c\uddea \ud83c\uddf1\ud83c\uddfb \ud83c\uddf1\ud83c\uddf9 En solo un fin de semana, corrimos 21 km en la <a href=\"https:\/\/the-running-ginger.blog\/es\/tallin\/\">Media Marat\u00f3n de Tallin<\/a> (Estonia), un <a href=\"https:\/\/the-running-ginger.blog\/es\/riga\/\">run de 6 km en Riga<\/a> (Letonia) y, finalmente, 10 km en Vilna: \u00a1tres pa\u00edses, tres ciudades, tres carreras en 48 horas! Ll\u00e9vame a <a href=\"#RimiBook\">UN LIBRO<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"RimiTrip\"><strong>\ud83c\udf0d El viaje \ud83d\udcf7<\/strong>:Qu\u00e9 ver en Vilnius si est\u00e1s all\u00ed para el Marat\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si viajas a Lituania para el Marat\u00f3n de Vilnius, te espera algo m\u00e1s que una carrera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vilna es una de las capitales m\u00e1s subestimadas de Europa: compacta, ideal para recorrer a pie y llena de historia, car\u00e1cter y espacios verdes. Desde calles adoquinadas e iglesias barrocas hasta cafeter\u00edas de moda y miradores panor\u00e1micos, hay mucho que explorar antes o despu\u00e9s de correr. \ud83c\udff0\ud83d\uddfa\ufe0f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya sea que corras el marat\u00f3n completo o simplemente vueles para los 10K o la media marat\u00f3n, vale la pena pasar un d\u00eda o dos m\u00e1s para disfrutar de la atm\u00f3sfera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf92 El casco antiguo, uno de los m\u00e1s grandes de Europa del Este, es Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, y la Plaza de la Catedral (tambi\u00e9n la l\u00ednea de salida y llegada del marat\u00f3n) es la plataforma de lanzamiento perfecta para hacer turismo. \u26ea\u2600\ufe0f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunos de los lugares que no puedes perderte durante tu fin de semana de marat\u00f3n en Vilnius incluyen las Puertas de la Aurora, la Torre de Gediminas, la peculiar Rep\u00fablica de U\u017eupis y el tranquilo y verde remanso de paz de los Jardines Bernardine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incluso puedes disfrutar de una vista de la ciudad despu\u00e9s de la carrera desde la colina de las Tres Cruces, como hicimos nosotros: la subida se sentir\u00e1 un poco m\u00e1s empinada despu\u00e9s de 42 km, pero la vista vale totalmente la pena. \ud83c\udfde\ufe0f\ud83d\udc63<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comenzamos nuestro recorrido visitando la Catedral, donde se celebraba el marat\u00f3n. Su gran fachada, dise\u00f1ada por Laurynas Gucevi\u010dius, presenta columnas cl\u00e1sicas que le dan un aspecto majestuoso. los restos del Castillo Alto, que data del siglo XIV. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego nos dirigimos a la <strong>Puertas del amanecer <\/strong>(Au\u0161ros Vartai), que es una puerta hist\u00f3rica de la ciudad y uno de los monumentos religiosos, hist\u00f3ricos y culturales m\u00e1s importantes de Vilna.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img <strong>el casco antiguo de Vilna<\/strong> (Senamiestis), despu\u00e9s de recorrer sus estrechas y sinuosas calles. El casco antiguo es tambi\u00e9n el coraz\u00f3n cultural de Vilnius, repleto de caf\u00e9s, tiendas y galer\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter Me dol\u00edan bastante las piernas despu\u00e9s de los 27 kil\u00f3metros que hab\u00edamos corrido al d\u00eda siguiente, as\u00ed que reconozco que intentamos cambiar de los 10k a los 5k para ir sobre seguro. Pero no fue posible y nos quedamos con los 10k. Describir\u00e9 el turismo en la secci\u00f3n \u201cEl viaje\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ver el Marat\u00f3n y el Medio Marat\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Vimos a los primeros corredores del marat\u00f3n y aplaudimos su esfuerzo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego pasamos por el stand de la OTAN, donde nos dieron una peque\u00f1a bandera con la bandera de la OTAN y la de Lituania (una bandera que usar\u00eda para las fotos todo el d\u00eda). El d\u00eda era soleado pero no demasiado caluroso (bueno, para el marat\u00f3n quiz\u00e1s un poco, y luego vimos a algunos corredores con dificultades\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuimos a ver la Puerta del Alba y cuando pasamos por la Plaza del Ayuntamiento vimos a dos chicos de la organizaci\u00f3n vestidos como Winnie Pooh y su amigo Eeyore saludando a los escasos corredores que pasaban. Fue una gran idea empezar desde el final de la carrera, con corredores a un ritmo de 6 minutos\/km o m\u00e1s lento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hab\u00eda un poco de bajada y mucho sol, era precioso. Como hac\u00eda bastante calor, nos hidratamos adecuadamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego corrimos a lo largo del r\u00edo y de edificios muy modernos, de acero y cristal, sede de conocidas empresas internacionales, que hab\u00eda visto por la ma\u00f1ana mientras conduc\u00eda desde el aeropuerto: PWC, Moody&#039;s, Revolut, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Parte media de la carrera<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Los kil\u00f3metros pasaban m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido de lo esperado y mis piernas empezaban a entumecerse, por lo que no sent\u00eda el dolor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roger parec\u00eda estar bien y marcaba el ritmo. Cuando est\u00e1bamos llegando al kil\u00f3metro 5 vimos a un tipo con un cartel de cart\u00f3n en el que estaba escrito \u201c6:00\u201d. De hecho, en el kil\u00f3metro 7 vi algunas piedras sueltas\u2026 \u00a1bastante peligroso!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego pasamos por la plaza del Ayuntamiento: cuando la reconoc\u00ed, me pregunt\u00e9 (y se lo dije a Roger): \u201c\u00bfWinnie y Eeyore estar\u00e1n aqu\u00ed?\u201d\u2026 \u00a1Y as\u00ed fue! As\u00ed que les chocamos las manos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00daltimos kil\u00f3metros<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Disfrutamos de la subida (una calle corta pero muy empinada) ya que nuestras piernas aguantaban bien y est\u00e1bamos bastante acostumbrados a terrenos accidentados. Roger aceler\u00f3 el paso y yo lo segu\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adelantamos a muchos corredores y \u00edbamos a muy buen ritmo. Nos llevamos un susto al ver una cuesta pronunciada\u2026 \u00a1pero no! Y botellas de agua.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"RimiCarbo\">\ud83c\udf5c <strong>Carga de carbohidratos<\/strong> \ud83c\udf5d: Qu\u00e9 comer en Vilnius si eres corredor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La cocina lituana cuenta con varios platos tradicionales ricos en <strong>carbohidratos<\/strong>-. A continuaci\u00f3n listo algunos ejemplos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cepelinai<\/strong>:Son platos grandes de papas con forma de alb\u00f3ndigas rellenos de carne, queso o champi\u00f1ones. La masa est\u00e1 hecha de papas ralladas y machacadas, lo que la hace muy rica en carbohidratos. Los cepelinai se suelen servir con una rica salsa de tocino y cebolla o crema agria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bulviniai Blynai (tortitas de patata)<\/strong>:Son panqueques hechos con papas ralladas mezcladas con harina y huevos, que luego se fr\u00eden hasta que quedan crujientes. Se suelen servir con crema agria o salsa de hongos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kugelis<\/strong>:Tambi\u00e9n conocido como pud\u00edn de papa, el kugelis se prepara con papas ralladas, cebollas, huevos y tocino, que luego se hornean para crear un plato denso y sustancioso. Se suele servir con crema agria o una guarnici\u00f3n de salsa de ar\u00e1ndanos rojos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salchichas de patata (V\u0117darai)<\/strong>:Este plato consiste en tripas de salchicha rellenas con una mezcla de papas ralladas, cebollas y, a veces, tocino, que luego se hornean o hierven.
