El sol ti\u00f1\u00f3 el cielo de un rosa p\u00e1lido y el rugido de las olas hizo eco a nuestros pasos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TDLR; \u201cdemasiado largo, no lo le\u00ed\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a1Solo quiero correr! Es el hogar de arrozales de un verde intenso en terrazas serpenteantes y de extravagantes templos hind\u00faes, tanto encaramados en acantilados como dominando monta\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n hay ciudades y pueblos con un ritmo de vida fren\u00e9tico y un tr\u00e1fico demencial. En ellos la religiosidad balinesa est\u00e1 muy presente, con ofrendas humeantes de incienso en cada esquina, o miles de templos dom\u00e9sticos. Hab\u00eda deidades hind\u00faes, seres mitol\u00f3gicos balineses con ojos de cierva y lenguas largas, budas tiernos y panzudos, y figuras modernas, incluso un gnomo de jard\u00edn de tama\u00f1o gigante.<\/p>\n<cite><strong>\u201cLa conspiraci\u00f3n m\u00e1s repugnante de Bali: el inspector Singh investiga\u201d, por Shamini Flint<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Las terrazas de arroz en Ubud<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Elegimos visitar las terrazas de arroz en <strong>Tegalallan<\/strong>, cerca <strong>Ubud<\/strong>, por el que se puede pasear durante un kil\u00f3metro. Es un entorno precioso, con campos de arroz verdes. Parecen casi irreales, rodeados de palmeras, hibiscos, orqu\u00eddeas y cascadas. Aunque los cientos y cientos de turistas haciendo cola para que un local les tome una foto (con un espejo) le dan a la experiencia una sensaci\u00f3n de falsedad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Te dan un n\u00famero al entrar... \u00a1y nos toc\u00f3 el n\u00famero 156 cuando a\u00fan no eran las 7 de la ma\u00f1ana! Terminamos sac\u00e1ndonos una foto abajo y viendo a los lugare\u00f1os con ofrendas en camino para adorar a sus dioses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El palacio de agua de Tirta Gangga<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Cerca de Pura Lempuyang visitamos la hermosa <strong>Palacio de agua Tirta Gangga<\/strong>El palacio es propiedad de la antigua familia real, los Karangasem. Tiene fuentes, estanques y lagos artificiales con enormes peces koi (se vende comida para peces en todas las tiendas de recuerdos). En Bali podr\u00e1s ver familias de cuatro personas, personas cargando puertas adornadas o cestas rebosantes de cocos, viajando c\u00f3modamente en ellas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"BaliCarbo\"><strong>\ud83c\udf5cCarboloading y recuperaci\u00f3n con prote\u00ednas \ud83c\udf5d: Qu\u00e9 comer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Para <strong>carga de carbohidratos<\/strong>, comimos el famoso <strong><em>Nasi Goreng<\/em><\/strong>El plato es b\u00e1sicamente arroz frito, por lo que tiene un alto contenido de carbohidratos. Se cocina con varios ingredientes como huevos, verduras y, a menudo, se acompa\u00f1a de pollo, camarones u otras prote\u00ednas. Dedicado a la diosa del mar, su nombre en balin\u00e9s significa literalmente \u201ctemplo de la tierra en el mar\u201d. Sin embargo, es muy <strong>importante <\/strong>ser <strong>respetuoso <\/strong>y actuar en todo momento de acuerdo con la naturaleza santa de los templos \u2757<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salimos a correr al amanecer, y sin las hordas de turistas que nos visitan durante el d\u00eda, pudimos disfrutar de la majestuosidad de Tanah Lot y su naturaleza animada circundante, de una manera diferente, m\u00e1s \u00edntima. Visitamos <strong>Batu Bolong,<\/strong> Otro templo ic\u00f3nico al que se accede por un puente de roca natural. De hecho su nombre significa \u201croca hueca\u201d. Y as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n evitamos las horas en las que el sol pega m\u00e1s fuerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hicimos un \u201cloop\u201d de ocho kil\u00f3metros, para poder serpentear entre campos verdes y ver m\u00e1s de la accidentada costa balinesa. A las seis de la ma\u00f1ana, los empleados locales estaban trabajando duro para limpiar todas las instalaciones. La avenida llena de tiendas, que durante el d\u00eda era un hervidero de actividad, estaba vac\u00eda. \u00c9ramos los \u00fanicos que pas\u00e1bamos por las puertas divididas, o <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Candi_bentar\">candi bentar<\/a><strong>,<\/strong> T\u00edpico de la arquitectura de Bali. \u00a1Qu\u00e9 magn\u00edfica experiencia! Totalmente diferente a visitar el templo en medio de la avalancha de turistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que m\u00e1s me llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n fue el rugido de las olas. El rugido sonoro interminable parec\u00eda un reflejo de la eternidad. Es un recorrido corto, aunque no especialmente f\u00e1cil, porque discurre sobre la dureza de las piedras del templo, y hay m\u00faltiples escaleras y curvas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos dimos la vuelta y nos dirigimos hacia el oeste. Disfrutamos de las magn\u00edficas vistas del Tanah Lot, e incluso nos atrevimos a acercarnos a una roca que es inaccesible con la marea alta; aunque aqu\u00ed caminamos en lugar de correr, porque la superficie estaba muy resbaladiza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los campos<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s nos dirigimos hacia los campos, subiendo por un camino empedrado repleto de tiendas de souvenirs y terrazas especialmente orientadas para ver el atardecer. A esa hora no hab\u00eda ni un solo turista, pero s\u00ed un perro que no nos ten\u00eda mucha simpat\u00eda y que nos ladraba con fuerza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Corrimos a trav\u00e9s de los arrozales, con terrazas de arroz al fondo, con curiosidad por un camino totalmente asfaltado, oliendo la hierba cubierta de roc\u00edo y escuchando el graznido de las gaviotas, junto con el omnipresente sonido de las olas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una ruta preciosa, con el contraste del verde de los arrozales y el blanco de los faroles tallados en piedra que salpicaban el camino. Me sent\u00ed transportada a la historia del libro cuando estaba recorriendo Ubud, con sus tiendas de muebles llenas de hermosos tesoros de madera tallada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En realidad, es m\u00e1s que una \u201cnovela de paisajes\u201d: es tambi\u00e9n un poema sutil por la escritura y por el poder que tiene para articular emociones. Tambi\u00e9n me ha gustado la ambientaci\u00f3n, tanto del Bali actual como de 1850, que incluye detalles que aportan contexto (\u00a1hasta lo diferentes que eran las porcelanas inglesa y holandesa!), o la descripci\u00f3n del estado del mundo en aquellos tiempos a trav\u00e9s de conversaciones y costumbres.
