Mayo de 2024.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Corrimos en la \"cinta de trotar\" del Parque del Este de Caracas, disfrutando de sus heterog\u00e9neos atractivos: un lago para botes, un jard\u00edn xerof\u00edtico y un jard\u00edn hidrof\u00edtico, una cortina de agua o la corbeta utilizada por Francisco de Miranda durante su primera expedici\u00f3n a Venezuela. Mientras tanto, afuera las calles segu\u00edan ca\u00f3ticas, ruidosas y contaminadas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TLDR; \u201cdemasiado largo, no lo le\u00ed\u201d<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a1Solo quiero correr! Ll\u00e9vame a <a href=\"#CaracasRun\">CORRER<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tengo 1 minuto. Esta gran monta\u00f1a, que incluyo como hito para ver en la secci\u00f3n \u201cViaje\u201d, ofrece un hermoso fondo de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las calles son bastante anchas y el \u00e1rea es plana, pero el tr\u00e1fico es s\u00faper ca\u00f3tico y ruidoso. Tiene una gran variedad de vegetaci\u00f3n, no s\u00f3lo palmeras tropicales. Es amplia y plana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Llegamos al puente \u201cIndependencia\u201d, decorado con grandes banderas que ondeaban porque era un d\u00eda de bastante viento.
