Ll\u00e9vame a <a href=\"#HeroesRace\">CARRERA<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tengo 1 minuto. Ll\u00e9vame a <a href=\"#HeroesInfo\">INFORMACI\u00d3N \u00daTIL<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Correr es mi excusa para viajar. Ll\u00e9vame a <a href=\"#HeroesTrip\">VIAJE<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quiero saber qu\u00e9 leer en el avi\u00f3n. Ll\u00e9vame a <a href=\"#HeroesBook\">UN LIBRO<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"HeroesTrip\"><strong>\ud83c\udf0d El viaje \ud83d\udcf7<\/strong>: qu\u00e9 ver en Bogot\u00e1 en un d\u00eda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya que he descrito qu\u00e9 ver en Bogot\u00e1 en otra entrada, as\u00ed que aqu\u00ed describir\u00e9 qu\u00e9 ver alrededor de Bogot\u00e1\u2026 y: spoiler\u2026 \u00a1Es incre\u00edble! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dos de los lugares m\u00e1s famosos de Colombia se pueden visitar en un d\u00eda. Y eso fue lo que hicimos: Visitamos la \u201cLaguna del Caquite Guatavita\u201d y la \u201cCatedral de Sal de Zipaquit\u00e1\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Laguna del Caquite Guatavita<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Salimos de Bogot\u00e1 por el camino a La Calera, que sube al Alto de los Patios y que un s\u00e1bado por la ma\u00f1ana estaba lleno de ciclistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De verdad: parec\u00eda una carrera. A\u00fan as\u00ed, eran aficionados que sub\u00edan tan contentos 7 kil\u00f3metros a gran altura. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ciclismo es muy importante en Colombia, como pudimos comprobar despu\u00e9s al ver un mural dedicado a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Egan_Bernal\">Egan Arley Bernal<\/a><\/strong>, el ganador m\u00e1s joven del Tour de Francia, en Zipaquir\u00e1, donde naci\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"989\" height=\"861\" src=\"https:\/\/the-running-ginger.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Bernal.jpeg\" alt=\"Mural dedicated to Egan Arley Bernal, the youngest winner of the Tour of France, in Zipaquir\u00e1,\" class=\"wp-image-4698\" srcset=\"https:\/\/the-running-ginger.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Bernal.jpeg 989w, https:\/\/the-running-ginger.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Bernal-300x261.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/the-running-ginger.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Bernal-768x669.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/the-running-ginger.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Bernal-14x12.jpeg 14w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 989px) 100vw, 989px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de una hora nos embarcamos en un fant\u00e1stico recorrido de 2 horas por el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/colombia.travel\/en\/blog\/guatavita-real-lake-and-legend-el-dorado\">lago sagrado de guatavita<\/a>, el sitio de la leyenda de El Dorado<\/strong>. S\u00ed, esa leyenda que atrajo a los \u201cconquistadores\u201d en el siglo XVI y los llev\u00f3 a realizar acciones muy brutales y extremas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestra gu\u00eda ind\u00edgena Clara nos brind\u00f3 un recorrido muy completo, muy centrado en las costumbres ancestrales y la conexi\u00f3n con la tierra. Las actuaciones de la carrera se invierten en programas de educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica, media y superior, rehabilitaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del deporte para hombres y mujeres de las fuerzas con discapacidad adquirida; y c\u00f3nyuges e hijos de los muertos en combate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Era imposible registrarse si no viv\u00edas en la ciudad. Y cr\u00e9anme: lo intent\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de probar con la direcci\u00f3n de mi hotel y mi direcci\u00f3n en espa\u00f1ol, contact\u00e9 con el \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.carreraporlosheroes.org\/2024\/\">Corporaci\u00f3n Matamoros por los h\u00e9roes<\/a>\u201c, que es la organizaci\u00f3n militar que organiza la carrera. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me dijeron que me registrara personalmente mientras estuviera en Bogot\u00e1. Pregunt\u00e9 si las entradas no se iban a agotar cuando lleg\u00e1ramos all\u00ed... pero nunca obtuve una respuesta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y \u00a1ay! Cuando llegamos el mi\u00e9rcoles anterior a la carrera, las entradas estaban agotadas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El dia de la carrera<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00fan as\u00ed decidimos acercarnos para ver la carrera y disfrutar del ambiente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la Web pon\u00eda que la carrera empezaba a las 8 de la ma\u00f1ana, por lo que recorrimos los 2 kil\u00f3metros que separaban nuestro hotel de la l\u00ednea de salida sobre las 7:30 de la ma\u00f1ana. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primero vimos a unos corredores con la camiseta blanca de la carrera con la inscripci\u00f3n \u201c200 a\u00f1os de gloria\u201d, que tambi\u00e9n se dirig\u00edan a la Salida. Algunos vendedores ambulantes vend\u00edan soportes para brazos para tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles, imitaciones de Nike, claramente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el <strong>L\u00ednea de salida\/meta, <\/strong>un grupo de soldados del ej\u00e9rcito, muy j\u00f3venes y muy serios, sosten\u00edan banderas y parec\u00edan un poco aburridos. Y al cuarto de hora estaban de regreso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los organizadores tuvieron que llamar a los soldados (que estaban sentados cerca) para que regresaran, con gritos de \u201c\u00a1\u00a1Ya vienen, ap\u00faranse!!!\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=FQlAEiCb8m0\">Daft Punk<\/a> estaba sonando e iba llegando m\u00e1s gente. Y fue muy bonito ver c\u00f3mo, alineados en la entrada cada pocos metros, tres soldados de los tres ej\u00e9rcitos recib\u00edan a los tres corredores en silla de ruedas, siendo los j\u00f3venes del Ej\u00e9rcito de Tierra los que portaban las banderas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A la espera de que comience la carrera: \u00a1los batallones avanzan!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pasaron los minutos y la carrera general a\u00fan no empezaba. Nos cansamos y nos alegramos de no correr porque, adem\u00e1s, empezaba a llover con m\u00e1s fuerza\u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los vendedores ambulantes pasaban gritando \u201c\u00a1Carpas, carpas!\u201d (que son impermeables de pl\u00e1stico) o vendiendo empanadas al grito de \u201cEmpanadas. \u00a1A la orden! Tinto\u201d\u2026 (lo que sea que eso signifique)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero poco a poco el ambiente se fue animando y Roger se tom\u00f3 una foto con \u201cChato\u201d, un perro carlino que iba vestido de militar, \u00a1y con gorra incluida! No sab\u00edamos que estaban corriendo, pero nos dimos cuenta de lo que estaban cantando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Fue genial verlo todo! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La carrera comienza\u2026 \u00a1y nosotros tambi\u00e9n!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1A las 9 de la ma\u00f1ana comenz\u00f3 la carrera y miles de corredores empezaron a correr delante de nosotros!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos sorprendi\u00f3 porque parec\u00eda muy amateur: no hab\u00eda corredores centrados en hacer marca personal dando codazos. Solo hab\u00eda personas de todo tipo corriendo tranquilamente.
