The air felt crisp and refreshing against our skin while the golden light illuminated the empty streets beautifully for us. \ud83c\udf05<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vysehrad<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting our workout near the ancient Vysehrad fortress provided a peaceful environment away from the usual crowds of tourists. These soft slices of steamed bread pair perfectly with a light vegetable gravy to provide the necessary carbohydrates for running. Fruit filled crepes or pala\u010dinky also offer a delicious sweet alternative if you prefer a lighter pre run meal in Prague. \ud83e\udd5e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After finishing your ten kilometers you must focus on protein recovery by ordering a hearty plate of slow roasted pork.
