El aire se sent\u00eda fresco y revitalizante en nuestra piel, mientras que la luz dorada iluminaba las calles vac\u00edas de forma hermosa. \ud83c\udf05<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vysehrad<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Comenzar nuestro entrenamiento cerca de la antigua fortaleza de Vysehrad nos brind\u00f3 un ambiente tranquilo, alejado de las multitudes de turistas. El sonido r\u00edtmico de nuestros zapatos sobre las piedras resonaba en el agua mientras m\u00e1s ciclistas se un\u00edan al trayecto matutino. \ud83d\udeb4<\/p>\n\n\n<div antes de las siete de la ma\u00f1ana fue, sin duda, el momento culminante de nuestro recorrido circular de diez kil\u00f3metros. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter tradicionales alb\u00f3ndigas de pan checas, conocidas localmente como houskove knedliky, para obtener energ\u00eda sostenida. Estas suaves rebanadas de pan al vapor combinan a la perfecci\u00f3n con una salsa ligera de verduras para proporcionar los carbohidratos necesarios para correr. Si prefieres una comida m\u00e1s ligera antes de correr en Praga, las crepes rellenas de fruta o pala\u010dinky tambi\u00e9n son una deliciosa alternativa dulce. \ud83e\udd5e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras completar tus diez kil\u00f3metros, debes centrarte en la recuperaci\u00f3n proteica pidiendo un buen plato de cerdo asado a fuego lento. El plato cl\u00e1sico llamado vep\u0159o knedlo zelo tiene una carne tierna que ayuda a reparar los m\u00fasculos despu\u00e9s de subir esas empinadas escaleras del parque. Tambi\u00e9n puedes probar un jam\u00f3n ahumado de Praga de un vendedor ambulante para obtener un aporte r\u00e1pido de prote\u00ednas saladas. \ud83c\udf56<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los vegetarianos pueden optar por un taz\u00f3n de sopa espesa de lentejas o kulajda, que contiene huevos y champi\u00f1ones para una excelente recuperaci\u00f3n muscular. Estas sopas tradicionales son muy saciantes y proporcionan los nutrientes esenciales necesarios despu\u00e9s de un entrenamiento intenso en el aire fr\u00edo.
